Are you lawyers?

Do I need a lawyer?

Many companies employ a team of commercial managers and directors to lead agreement reviewing, drafting and negotiating. If there are any contentious or complex legal points then they will refer that specific point to a legal counsel. At BeProfitable we act in the same way; we review or draft your terms and conditions and understand, to a significant detail, your business. If we feel that an external counsel is required then instead of paying expensive legal costs to review the entire document, we will only engage legal counsel on the items that really need it.
How long does it take to conduct a review or draft terms & conditions?

Our turnaround time for a relatively standard set of terms and conditions is 24 hours. However larger, more complex terms will take longer. We will always advise of a turnaround time when issuing a quotation
